1. GENERAL
By accessing our website or placing an order with FARØ Eyewear, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
2. PRODUCTS
We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible.
Because colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device and display settings, slight differences between product images and the physical product may occur.
Product availability is subject to change.
We reserve the right to change our product range and prices. Such changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.
3. ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment problems or unavailability of a product.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

Any applicable shipping costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.
